So where was the argument that we had before I stated the process because I see no argument in any of the messages above?

Do you see that written anywhere in the paragraph below? What I said is if the cases got damaged in the rain because the wind picked up and sprayed them I was not making another two cases so let me know if you want me to go outside and spray them and I would.

If i would not spray them while it was raining outside because I didn't want them to get wet and that was the reason for not shipping than why would I ship them wet? Those cases set out and dried all night long so there is no way they could have been wet.
I offered her a full refund and offered to cover return shipping and handling and she says she threw them in the trash less than 24 hours after receiving them in the mail.
